Crispy Tofu

Ingredients:

  • Extra firm tofu
  • Tamari or soy sauce (I use low sodium)

Instructions:

In the oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 375F
  2. Chop up your tofu into cubes. Put them in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle with tamari or soy sauce so that all the tofu is coated but not so much that the tofu is swimming in a pool of tamari. 
  4. Gently mix with your hands to make sure the tofu is all coated.
  5. Place the tofu on a parchment lined baking dish. 
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
In the air fryer
  1. Chop up your tofu into cubes. Put them in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle with tamari or soy sauce. Gently mix with your hands to make sure they are all coated.
  3. Put the tofu in the air fryer and cook at 320F for roughly 20 minutes or until the tofu is crispy!
