Crispy Tofu
Here’s to never eating boring, mushy tofu again!
Crispy Tofu

Ingredients:
- Extra firm tofu
- Tamari or soy sauce (I use low sodium)
Instructions:
In the oven
- Preheat your oven to 375F
- Chop up your tofu into cubes. Put them in a small bowl.
- Drizzle with tamari or soy sauce so that all the tofu is coated but not so much that the tofu is swimming in a pool of tamari.
- Gently mix with your hands to make sure the tofu is all coated.
- Place the tofu on a parchment lined baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
In the air fryer
- Chop up your tofu into cubes. Put them in a small bowl.
- Drizzle with tamari or soy sauce. Gently mix with your hands to make sure they are all coated.
- Put the tofu in the air fryer and cook at 320F for roughly 20 minutes or until the tofu is crispy!
